About GapRx 340B Consultants
GapRx 340B Consultants is a healthcare consulting and management organization dedicated to helping covered entities navigate the operational, compliance, financial, and technical complexities of the 340B Drug Pricing Program.
Our services include 340B program management, in-house and contract pharmacy support, manufacturer compliance and reporting, rebate-model management, analytics, implementation support, compliance services, and technology-enabled operational solutions.
As GapRx continues to grow, reliable technology, data, automation, systems, and operational infrastructure are increasingly important to how we support our clients and manage our internal operations.
Position Summary
GapRx is seeking a highly organized, technically capable, and solutions-oriented Technical Operations & Systems Analyst to support the systems, technology, data, reporting, automation, and recurring operational processes that support our organization and client services.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys understanding how systems work, troubleshooting problems, working with data, improving processes, and taking ownership of recurring technical and operational responsibilities.
The Technical Operations & Systems Analyst will assist with maintaining, executing, monitoring, troubleshooting, documenting, and improving a wide range of business-critical workflows and systems.
The position will work across multiple areas, including technical operations, data management, reporting, systems administration, workflow automation, secure information exchange, internal technology infrastructure, business applications, and client-facing operational processes.
This role reports directly to the CEO & Founder and will work closely with GapRx employees, clients, healthcare organizations, pharmacies, vendors, and technology partners.
Prior experience with the 340B Drug Pricing Program or healthcare operations is preferred but not required. Training will be provided on GapRx services, workflows, systems, and 340B program operations.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Execute, monitor, and support recurring technical, data, reporting, and operational workflows.
- Assist with data collection, validation, transformation, processing, reconciliation, and reporting activities.
- Support the administration, maintenance, and organization of internal systems, technology platforms, applications, and business tools.
- Monitor recurring processes and identify failed, delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate workflows requiring follow-up.
- Troubleshoot technical, system, data, connectivity, reporting, and workflow issues.
- Support automated and semi-automated business processes and assist with identifying opportunities for additional automation.
- Assist with secure data exchange and information-transfer processes involving clients, vendors, pharmacies, and external partners.
- Support internal technology infrastructure, connectivity, access, and systems-related operational needs.
- Assist with implementation and configuration activities related to new clients, services, employees, systems, applications, and workflows.
- Support dashboards, reporting environments, analytics tools, data repositories, and other business intelligence resources.
- Perform routine and ad hoc data review and analysis to support operational, management, and client needs.
- Assist with system testing, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and implementation of new functionality.
- Help evaluate, test, and implement new technology tools, software platforms, integrations, and workflow improvements.
- Coordinate with software vendors, client IT departments, technology providers, and other external partners when technical assistance is required.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, process instructions, configuration documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
- Support appropriate user access, permissions, organization, and continuity of company technology resources.
- Assist employees with systems, technology, applications, and workflow-related issues as appropriate.
- Participate in client implementations, internal projects, technology initiatives, and process-improvement activities.
- Support healthcare and 340B-related operational processes after appropriate training.
- Assist with recurring monitoring, reporting, reconciliation, compliance-support, and client-service activities.
- Help identify opportunities to reduce repetitive manual work, improve accuracy, improve visibility, and increase operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of technical and operational activities when required.
- Protect confidential, proprietary, healthcare, client, and business information.
- Perform other related technical, analytical, operational, systems, administrative, and project duties as assigned based on the needs of the company and its clients.
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies, systems, and processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, reports, systems, and technology platforms.
- Ability to investigate problems independently and determine appropriate next steps.
- Ability to manage multiple recurring responsibilities, projects, and deadlines.
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
- Ability to document processes clearly and follow established procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to communicate professionally with clients, vendors, employees, and technology partners.
