Technical Pre-Sales Consultant - Caribbean
Scope: Full Time | Location: Trinidad & Tobago| Hybrid Model
Are you a cloud professional with experience in Technical Pre-Sales, Solutions Architecture, or customer-facing IT roles?

Do you enjoy translating customer business needs into technical solutions and working closely with Sales to support strategic opportunities?

As a Technical Pre-Sales Consultant, you will partner with Account Managers and customers across the Caribbean to understand business and technical requirements, design cloud solutions, develop technical proposals and Statements of Work, and support opportunities throughout the sales cycle.

This role works closely with Sales, Delivery, Marketing, Microsoft, AWS, and regional and global technical teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and support larger and strategic opportunities across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Managers to understand customer needs, identify cloud opportunities, and provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.

  • Design and present cloud solutions, translating customer business and technical requirements into clear and commercially viable proposals.

  • Develop technical proposals, solution scopes, Statements of Work (SOWs), and customer-facing contractual documentation.

  • Collaborate with Microsoft, AWS, and other technology partners to develop and position technical solutions.

  • Deliver technical presentations, customer meetings, webinars, and participate in industry and technology events across the Caribbean.

What we need to see from you

  • Experience in IT, ideally in Technical Pre-Sales, Solutions Architecture, or other customer-facing technical roles.

  • Strong cloud experience required; experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms is relevant.

  • Experience or strong interest in Data & AI is highly desirable.

  • Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, stakeholder management, autonomy, and proactive mindset.
