About the Role

As a Technical Presales Consultant, you will be the technical expert for Palo Alto Networks solutions, supporting sales teams and partners with solution design, technical guidance, and customer requirements.

What You'll Do

• Support the design and configuration of Palo Alto Networks solutions based on customer and partner requirements.
• Work closely with sales teams and partners on the technical aspects of opportunities and projects.
• Use internal and vendor tools to prepare accurate configurations and bills of materials (BOMs).
• Provide technical information, presentations, and guidance to internal teams, partners, and customers.
• Respond to technical and product-related questions and support partners throughout the presales process.
• Maintain and develop your Palo Alto Networks technical knowledge, including relevant vendor certifications and accreditations.
  

What We're Looking For

• Technical experience with Palo Alto Networks or other cybersecurity technologies, ideally supported by relevant certifications.
• Previous experience in presales, technical consulting, solution design, or a similar technical role.
• Ability to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into suitable solutions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence working with customers, partners, and sales teams.
• Good commercial awareness combined with strong attention to detail, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of the IT industry, cybersecurity market, or distribution/channel environment is an advantage.
