As a Technical Process Analyst, you will build valuable experience in process analysis, automation and AI enabled ways of working, supported by experienced specialists who are passionate about sharing their knowledge. Turn complex processes into clear insights that help teams work smarter. You will facilitate discovery workshops, map current state processes and analyse workflows to identify bottlenecks, hand offs and opportunities for simplification, standardisation and automation.

You will create process maps, operating procedures, process catalogues and improvement recommendations, while maintaining traceability across processes, controls and procedures. Using data, process intelligence and AI enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot, you will support future state design, automation business cases and continuous improvement initiatives across Digital & Technology.

For this role we’re looking for a curious and organised process analyst who can turn complex workflows into clear documentation and practical recommendations. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:

• Proven experience in business process analysis, process mapping or business analysis
• Confident in facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders
• Strong process documentation and written and verbal communication skills
• Experienced in analysing complex workflows, performance data and inefficiencies
• Proficient in BPMN, value stream mapping, process mining or similar techniques
• Experienced in technology, engineering or digital delivery environments
• Proficient in documentation, workflow or service management platforms
• Experienced in using Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools
• Confident in identifying automation opportunities and supporting requirements
• Strong understanding of AI assisted analysis and responsible AI principles
