This is your opportunity to lead the process improvement agenda across Technology Enablement & Performance. You'll redesign and optimise digital and technology processes, develop future state process frameworks, and translate opportunities into practical and sustainable ways of working.
Working closely with engineering and technology teams, you'll identify automation opportunities, implement workflow improvements, and champion AI first approaches using tools such as Microsoft Copilot and other generative AI capabilities. You'll create process artefacts, SOPs, and implementation plans that balance efficiency, risk, and compliance, while providing guidance and mentoring to less experienced team members. Your expertise will help embed automation by default principles and enable teams to operate more effectively in a rapidly changing technology landscape.
