As a Technical Product Coordinator, you will support the Product Management team in the development, maintenance, and successful implementation of technical products and solutions. The role combines technical understanding, project coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management to ensure efficient product management processes and high-quality product information.

Your Role
As a Technical Product Coordinator, you will support the Product Management team in the development, maintenance, and successful implementation of technical products and solutions. The role combines technical understanding, project coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management to ensure efficient product management processes and high-quality product information.
You will:
- Support Product Managers in day-to-day product management activities and strategic projects
- Coordinate and track product-related projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Prepare, maintain, and update technical product documentation, specifications, manuals, and guidelines
- Develop and maintain product management tools, templates, databases, and digital support materials
- Collect, structure, and analyze product-related data to support decision-making
- Coordinate information flow between Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and partners across Europe
- Support product launches by preparing technical information, presentations, and training materials
- Assist in market and competitor analysis as well as benchmarking activities
- Support continuous improvement of product management processes and documentation standards
- Travel approximately 10 days per year
- Degree in Engineering, Technical Management, Product Management, or a related field
- Initial experience in technical product management, engineering, project coordination, or a similar role would be beneficial
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence in working with MS Office and openness to learning new digital tools
- Analytic mindset with an eye for detail
- Ability to manage several tasks while staying structured and organized
- Fluent English skills, additional languages will be beneficial
