About us

ATOSS Software SE is one of Germany’s most successful tech growth stories. As the market leader in Workforce Management Software, we help companies work more intelligently, creatively, and humanely optimizing the balance between profitability and people.

We’re a rare company: according to Handelsblatt (10/24), just 309 public companies worldwide achieved over 20% return on sales for ten consecutive years. Only two are based in Germany and ATOSS is one of them.

With 19 years of record breaking growth, over €2 billion market cap, and listings in SDAX and TecDAX, we’re scaling globally and we’re growing.

If you’re ready to drive impact in a high-performing B2B SaaS environment, this is your chance to elevate your career.

The Person You are

At ATOSS, we hire for both character and skill, seeking individuals who embody resilience, a pioneering spirit, and the passion to grow.

We value those who:
Think like entrepreneurs – taking ownership, pushing boundaries, and driving impact.
Challenge the status quo – bringing fresh ideas and bold execution to the table.
Thrive in change – seeing growth as a lifelong journey, both professionally and personally.

The Role

As a Product Manager, you’ll bridge customer needs, business priorities, and technology to shape our cloud-native Workforce Management software. Working closely with Engineering and UX/UI, you’ll define what we build next and drive product initiatives from idea to release.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive the product vision and roadmap, translating customer and business needs into clear priorities and product improvements.
  • Act as a key link between customers, Engineering, Sales, Implementation, and Customer Service, bringing different perspectives together and translating them into clear product requirements.
  • Work closely with UX/UI and Engineering to create intuitive, technically feasible solutions, following a mobile-first approach.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer needs, business goals, technical considerations, and stakeholder priorities.
  • Turn product requirements into clear specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, working within an agile development environment.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Quality Assurance to ensure requirements are testable and customer needs are reflected throughout development.
  • Plan product releases and further development, maintaining and communicating the product roadmap to relevant stakeholders.
  • Share product knowledge through internal trainings and enablement for Sales, Implementation, and Customer Service.

Key Requirements

Must-have

  • 3+ years of experience owning B2B SaaS software products, including backlog prioritization, requirements definition, and product delivery.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Informatics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience using AI tools in product management workflows, such as product discovery, requirements definition, analysis, or prototyping.
  • Strong understanding of software development and cloud-based products, with the ability to discuss technical requirements, dependencies, and trade-offs with Engineering.
  • Experience translating complex customer and business needs into clear specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product priorities.
  • Experience working across Engineering, UX/UI, QA, and business stakeholders to take product initiatives from discovery through release.
  • Strong customer-facing and analytical skills, with experience gathering requirements and turning different stakeholder needs into product decisions.
  • German at native or near-native level and fluent English. Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex product topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Great-to-have

  • Experience with Workforce Management, HRIS, or related HR software.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar product development tools.
  • Understanding of GDPR and application security concepts, such as authentication and authorization.

Our Benefits

  • Competitive Rewards: Including profit-sharing and employee stock program.
  • Structured Onboarding & Continuous Leadership Development: Clear career paths onboarding through Expert & Leadership Tracks, plus access to ATOSS Academy.
  • Flexible Work Culture: Hybrid options (remote within the EU), 30 days of vacation, and a strong commitment to diversity & inclusion.
  • Engaging Team Environment: Seasonal company events, team retreats, and an in-house barista.
  • Health & Wellbeing: Including regular check-ups, corporate wellness programs, and Wellhub membership.
  • Stability & Growth: Company listed on SDAX & TecDAX, with 20+ years of record-breaking revenue and a 30%+ EBIT margin. Certified Top Employer© for the 5th year in a row.

At Atoss, great talent knows no limits. We welcome professionals from all backgrounds and empower their growth through an inclusive, skill focused environment.
