The role

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to own the evolution, reliability, and usability of the Volt LogIQ platform.

You will define the product roadmap, coordinate developers around shared goals, and ensure that new platform versions are thoroughly tested before being released to customer environments. You will connect product strategy, software development, AI engineering, technical implementation, and customer delivery.

Your responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap and long-term platform vision.
• Translate customer needs, business priorities, and technical opportunities into clear product priorities.
• Coordinate developers across backend, frontend, AI, infrastructure, and integrations.
• Break initiatives into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Establish a structured beta-testing and release process.
• Coordinate internal testing, regression testing, pilot deployments, and controlled rollouts.
• Troubleshoot new versions before they are deployed to customer servers.
• Coordinate root-cause analysis and ensure recurring issues are permanently addressed.
• Prepare release notes, known issues, upgrade instructions, and rollback plans.
• Balance new features with reliability, technical debt, security, usability, and maintainability.
• Work with implementation, sales, and customer teams to turn recurring problems into platform improvements.
• Collaborate with our Beijing office and travel there occasionally for planning and technical workshops.

What you bring

• Experience as a Technical Product Manager, Platform Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, Solutions Architect, or in a comparable role.
• Strong understanding of software development, testing, releases, APIs, integrations, and deployments.
• Experience coordinating developers and cross-functional technical teams.
• Ability to understand, reproduce, prioritize, and coordinate the resolution of technical problems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
• A practical, hands-on approach and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup.
• Professional fluency in English.

Experience with AI platforms, LLM applications, RAG, document intelligence, knowledge systems, on-premise deployments, or regulated industries is a strong advantage.
