Our client is a large international services and technology company with operations across multiple markets. The company supports clients across customer service, back-office, and other business operations.

Alongside its established services business, the company is building an agentic AI platform designed to automate and augment complex operational workflows across different client environments. The platform brings together AI, software integrations, and modular capabilities to help transform how these services are delivered.

As the platform continues to grow, the company is expanding its product and engineering capabilities and building out the team responsible for its development, implementation, and evolution.

💡 About the Role

We are hiring for two positions within the product team, with the exact focus depending on your experience and strengths.

One role will lean more toward client implementations and solution delivery, working directly with clients to translate their needs into technical requirements and executable implementation plans, and owning delivery from discovery through deployment.

The other will focus more on platform and product development, working with the Head of Product and cross-functional teams to translate product vision into a clear, prioritized roadmap and move the product from concept through release.

Across both roles, you will work closely with engineering and other teams, turn complex requirements into clear priorities and actionable work, manage dependencies, and help ensure that software is delivered reliably and with measurable outcomes.

This is a hands-on environment, so we are looking for people who combine strong product and delivery skills with enough technical understanding to work confidently with software teams and interconnected systems.

🎯 Responsibilities

We are hiring for two positions within the product team. While the roles share a strong technical product and delivery foundation, each has a different primary focus:

🤝 Product Owner – Implementations

Your focus will be on client-facing solution delivery, owning implementations from initial discovery through deployment and handover.

• Own client implementations end-to-end, from discovery and solution definition through testing, deployment, and handover.

• Translate client needs into technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, deliverables, and a prioritized implementation backlog.

• Map the systems, APIs, data sources, access requirements, and dependencies involved in each implementation, ensuring potential blockers are addressed early.

• Coordinate engineering work across integrations, provisioning, configuration, and testing, working closely with AI and operations teams where needed.

• Lead technical client conversations, acting as a key point of contact throughout delivery while communicating trade-offs, managing expectations, and controlling changes to scope.

• Coordinate user acceptance testing, validate delivered work against agreed criteria, and ensure implementations are ready for deployment.

• Capture implementation learnings and recurring client needs, helping turn them into reusable platform capabilities and improvements to the delivery process.

🛠️ Product Manager – Platform & Product Delivery

Your focus will be on the development and delivery of the platform and its connected modules, working closely with the Head of Product and internal teams.

• Translate product vision and business priorities into a clear, prioritized roadmap and continuously refined product backlog.

• Own requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring teams understand what to build, why it matters, and how success will be measured.

• Lead sprint planning, prioritization, and release cycles, tracking progress and surfacing risks, blockers, and dependencies early.

• Coordinate delivery across multiple modules and teams, sequencing work so platform changes are introduced reliably without unnecessary downstream disruption.

• Gather and evaluate feedback from customers and internal stakeholders and turn relevant insights into concrete product improvements.

• Work closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to keep product development aligned with broader business goals and communicate progress and trade-offs clearly to leadership.

• Participate hands-on in AI-driven product development, using AI coding and prototyping tools to explore ideas, ship improvements, and build internal tools where useful.

🔎 Requirements

• Experience managing technical software, SaaS or platform products, technical implementations, integrations, or complex software delivery.

• Strong ability to translate business or client needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, priorities, and executable delivery plans.

• Strong understanding of backlog management, prioritization, sprint planning, and software delivery processes.

• Enough technical understanding to work confidently with software architecture, APIs, integrations, data sources, authentication, configuration, provisioning, and interconnected systems.

• Proven ability to coordinate effectively across engineering and other cross-functional teams, with confidence managing dependencies, risks, and blockers.

• Strong stakeholder communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts, priorities, trade-offs, and decisions clearly to different audiences.

• Hands-on comfort with AI-assisted development and rapid prototyping tools.

• Clear written and verbal communication, strong documentation habits, sound judgment, and a high level of ownership in a fast-moving environment.

For the Product Owner, success means client implementations move from discovery to deployment with clear scope, requirements, ownership, and sequencing. Clients and internal teams have visibility into priorities and progress, dependencies are resolved before they become blockers, and delivered solutions meet agreed acceptance criteria. Over time, recurring implementation needs should also translate into reusable platform capabilities and more efficient delivery.

For the Product Manager, success means the roadmap and backlog remain clear, current, and aligned with company priorities; teams understand what to build and why; and risks and dependencies are identified early enough to keep delivery moving. Releases across the platform and its connected modules are coordinated reliably, while customer and stakeholder feedback consistently translates into measurable product improvements.
