Ready to turn complex technical challenges into smarter, scalable solutions? Our client is seeking a technically hands-on Technical Programme Manager to drive high-impact initiatives at the intersection of AI, data, technology and legal operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own multiple concurrent workstreams, balancing urgent case requirements with long-term programme strategy and roadmaps.
- Manage complex intake, prioritisation, milestones and critical deadlines across cross-functional teams.
- Write and execute SQL queries to support casework, technical analysis and programme reporting.
- Drive improvements to AI, eDiscovery tools and internal applications, overseeing their development and lifecycle.
- Build scalable workflows, playbooks, policies and templates that improve efficiency and manage risk.
- Develop performance metrics, evaluation frameworks and dashboards to track programme health and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with technical, legal, data science and external stakeholders, translating complex information into clear, actionable updates.
- Proactively remove blockers, drive accountability and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
What you’ll bring:
- 5–7 years’ experience in technical programme or project management, including direct experience supporting eDiscovery, information governance or legal operations.
- Hands-on SQL skills and experience managing technical tooling and development lifecycles.
- A proven track record managing scaled intake processes and complex cross-functional workflows.
- Experience building performance metrics and evaluation frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and strategic problem-solving skills.
Desirable: Experience with AI or data science teams, a consulting background, GSD/SDP or similar tools, and PMP certification.
If you thrive where technical delivery meets strategic thinking, we’d love to hear from you!
