What we do is very unique with zero immediate competition in India today and therefore, building a team of Real Rockstars in their field to fuel this profit making start-up, which is growing at a rapid pace Summary: As a Technical Program Manager you will work closely with engineering, Infrastructure and Product teams to deliver world class products of GoKwik You will represent the team internally in the various product and cross functional initiatives, define priorities, bring clarity and lead continuous agile development. Successful candidates will have a technical background and be passionate about delivering high quality solutions with effective and efficient processes. You’ll spend time on the following: Organize and coordinate activities across teams such as product management, sales, integrations and multiple engineering teams resulting in quality releases. Develop, maintain, and distribute (as appropriate) standard project management deliverables for the successful launch of new products and services, including: implementation plan, project schedule, project budget and variances, issues & action items log, meeting minutes, risks assessment and contingencies. Create project plans and drive delivery to milestones and requirements Coordinate with cross functional and cross team dependencies Manage issues and risks, create mitigation plans and escalate to appropriate stakeholders appropriately Work closely with senior engineers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development Oversee project delivery process with key contributors to help manage scope and prepare change requests Manage status and reporting to provide project clarity to team members and management Work with the Engineers, Design, QA and product teams to make sure there are no Blockers for the project delivery. We’re Excited About You If You Have: 5-10 years of experience as a technical project/program manager in software or related industry Experience in agile and scrum practices. Advanced knowledge of the full life-cycle of product development. Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills. The ability to appropriately align communications with the intended audience Conflict resolution and negotiation skills. Ability to understand and articulate complex technologies Strong team building and team management skills Ability to manage in an environment with diverse stakeholders.
