InPost Pay is building its own fintech platform from the ground up. It’s a large-scale, international initiative where engineers will have the opportunity to shape the architecture, build core fintech components, and create solutions designed to operate at InPost’s scale.
We’re building a lean, highly effective engineering organization in Poland, with AI-native engineering at its core. We’re looking for strong engineers who are comfortable with agentic engineering, from experienced professionals building complex systems and engineering tooling to a new generation of engineers who have embraced AI-driven development from the start of their careers.
→ Hybrid working model: preferably 1 day per week in the Warsaw or Cracow office.
We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our FinTech Platform organisation and help us drive critical technology, security, resilience, and regulatory compliance programmes.
This role combines programme leadership with deep understanding of technology governance, operational resilience, and security standards. You'll work with engineering, product, compliance, and leadership teams to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered successfully across multiple teams and stakeholders.
What will you work on?
- leading cross-functional programmes related to security, operational resilience, compliance, and new business initiatives,
- building and maintaining programme roadmaps aligned with engineering plans and organisational priorities,
- managing dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery milestones across multiple teams,
- providing programme reporting, delivery visibility, and executive communication,
- defining and promoting ICT security and resilience standards across the technology platform,
- supporting digital operational resilience initiatives, business continuity testing, and incident management activities,
- overseeing third-party technology and security providers and ensuring compliance with required standards,
- translating regulatory requirements into actionable technology and delivery plans.
This cooperation may be a strong match if you:
- have at least 5 years of experience leading complex technical programmes involving multiple teams and stakeholders,
- have experience in programme planning, dependency management, risk management, and executive reporting,
- have at least 3 years of experience related to information and communication technology security, resilience, or governance,
- have practical experience working with DORA, NIS2, or similar regulatory frameworks,
- understand third-party risk management and vendor oversight processes,
- are comfortable influencing stakeholders and driving outcomes without direct line management authority,
- actively use modern digital and AI tools to improve programme management, communication, planning, reporting, and productivity,
- communicate in English at B2 level or higher.
Additional advantages:
- experience in fintech, payments, banking, e-money, or crypto-related organisations,
- experience supporting regulated entities and compliance-driven technology programmes,
- knowledge of PCI DSS and payment services security requirements,
- experience with cloud security and operational resilience frameworks,
- PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001, or similar certifications.
What we offer:
- the opportunity to build products that sit at the heart of InPost's growing financial services ecosystem,
- ownership of business-critical solutions operating at scale,
- a modern engineering environment focused on autonomy, accountability, and continuous learning,
- collaboration with highly experienced product, engineering, and business teams,
- access to cutting-edge technologies, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native solutions,
- opportunities to shape technical standards, mentor others, and influence platform evolution,
- full-time contract of employment.
