Technical Project Manager

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical projects/programs involving Oracle Cloud/Fusion, OIC, APIs, cloud integrations, and enterprise applications.
  
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, budgets, and resource plans.
  
• Manage project execution across multiple technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  
• Drive Agile ways of working including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
  
• Track Agile and delivery metrics such as velocity, sprint completion, throughput, cycle time, planned vs. actual effort, and release progress.
  
• Monitor resource capacity, allocation, utilization, productivity, and workload and take corrective actions where required.
  
• Establish and track project KPIs, delivery dashboards, RAID logs, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
  
• Manage scope changes through effective change management and impact assessment.
  
• Define and maintain RACI matrices, governance frameworks, communication plans, and escalation mechanisms.
  
• Track project financials including budgeting, forecasting, resource costs, and actuals.
  
• Identify delivery bottlenecks and work with technical teams to improve productivity and delivery efficiency.
  
• Coordinate with architects, developers, integration teams, QA, business teams, and external vendors.
  
• Manage technical integrations involving REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, Oracle Integration Cloud, and cloud platforms.
  
• Work with teams delivering communication/API solutions, including Twilio SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, or similar communication platforms, where applicable.
  
• Ensure projects meet agreed timelines, quality standards, SLAs, and business objectives.
  
• Provide regular status reports and executive-level updates to stakeholders.
  

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT project/program management, with significant experience managing technical projects.
  
• Strong experience in Technical Project Management / Technical Program Management.
  
• Experience managing Oracle Cloud, Oracle Fusion, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ERP, or enterprise integration projects.
  
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
  
• Hands-on experience with Agile metrics such as velocity, capacity, throughput, sprint completion, cycle time, and burndown/burnup.
  
• Strong experience in resource planning, utilization, allocation, capacity management, and productivity tracking.
  
• Experience managing project budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, RACI, KPIs, and governance.
  
• Good understanding of APIs, cloud integration, middleware, REST/SOAP, and enterprise application integration.
  
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar project management platforms.
  
• Strong stakeholder, communication, negotiation, and escalation-management skills.
