Overview
We are seeking a
Technical Project Manager AI & Automation Systems
to lead and manage AI-driven automation projects across voice, CRM, and workflow systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically proficient, and experienced in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver automation and integration solutions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Lead
AI-driven automation projects
across voice, CRM, and workflow systems.
Manage
project timelines, resources, and communication
using ClickUp.
Design and
optimize workflow architectures
using
n8n
or similar automation tools.
Oversee
CRM integrations
(Salesforce, HubSpot, Close.com).
Ensure
QA testing, documentation, and system reliability
throughout project delivery.
Required Skills & Tools

Qualifications
3+ years
of experience managing
technical or AI automation projects

Hands-on experience with

Strong skills in
technical documentation
and clear, structured communication.
Preferred Profile
