Position Title: Technical Project Manager (AI & Automation Systems) Schedule: 9 AM - 5 PM EST Joining date: Immediate basis Type: Full-time Overview We are seeking a Technical Project Manager AI & Automation Systems to lead and manage AI-driven automation projects across voice, CRM, and workflow systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically proficient, and experienced in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver automation and integration solutions efficiently. Key Responsibilities Lead AI-driven automation projects across voice, CRM, and workflow systems. Manage project timelines, resources, and communication using ClickUp. Design and optimize workflow architectures using n8n or similar automation tools. Oversee CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Close.com). Ensure QA testing, documentation, and system reliability throughout project delivery. Required Skills & Tools ClickUp n8n (or similar automation tools such as Zapier or Make) Salesforce, HubSpot, Close.com Qualifications 3+ years of experience managing technical or AI automation projects . Hands-on experience with n8n, Zapier, or Make . Proven expertise integrating CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Close.com). Strong skills in technical documentation and clear, structured communication. Preferred Profile Background in voice AI or operational AI (HR, finance, marketing). Experience leading remote technical teams . Clear, structured communicator with fluent and confident English . Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented personality.
