Technical Project Manager

AI&CO is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead digital identity projects

for a European institution.

The role is remote from any EU country, with one visit to Luxembourg per month.

What you'll do :

• Lead digital identity projects end to end: scope, planning, quality and delivery
• Turn policy and regulatory requirements (legislation, implementing and delegated acts) into technical objectives and deliverables
• Coordinate technical teams, institutional stakeholders, expert groups and external partners
• Contribute to the design of identity, trust and verifiable credentials solutions
• Manage risks and escalate legal, data protection, security or cross-border issues, with formal project documentation

What you bring :

• A university degree and 8+ years in technical project management, digital identity or a closely related technical field
• Hands-on experience with digital identity, IAM, PKI, trust services, verifiable credentials or cybersecurity infrastructure
• Experience with EU or national policy-making and governance processes, or compliance-driven IT projects
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification
• Excellent English, written and spoken, and strong communication skills; French is a plus
• Knowledge of eIDAS, the EU Digital Identity Wallet, OpenID4VC/VP or electronic attestations of attributes is a strong plus
