📍 Luxembourg | Remote work permitted from Luxembourg or another EU country | Full-time

🚆 Mandatory travel to Luxembourg once per month

We’re looking for a technically strong Project Manager to help deliver European digital identity solutions. You’ll work across technology, policy and business teams, turning complex requirements into clear plans and well-governed delivery.

What you’ll do

✅ Lead technical projects from planning through delivery and acceptance

✅ Coordinate technical teams, stakeholders and external partners

✅ Review specifications, manage risks and challenge technical decisions

✅ Support solutions involving digital identity, IAM, trust services and digital credentials

✅ Translate regulatory and policy requirements into practical project deliverables

✅ Present complex issues clearly in project reviews and governance meetings

What you’ll bring

🔹 At least eight years of relevant experience in technical project management, digital identity or a closely related technical field

🔹 Practical knowledge of digital identity technologies, such as IAM, PKI, trust services or verifiable credentials

🔹 Knowledge of eIDAS and the EU Digital Identity Wallet framework

🔹 Experience with EU or national policy and governance processes

🔹 A relevant university degree and a project management certification, such as PMP or PRINCE2

🔹 Excellent English; French is an advantage
