Technical Project Manager
London | Hybrid: minimum 3 days in the office | Permanent
Salary guide: £65,000–£75,000
We’re working with a growing subscription data business serving the entertainment industry. It’s looking for a Technical Project Manager to bring clarity and momentum to complex work across its products, data and development teams.
You’ll help teams identify dependencies, anticipate risks and make well-informed decisions, while giving senior leaders a clear view of progress.
What you’ll do
- Manage projects spanning new products, improvements to existing products and business integrations.
- Map responsibilities, timelines and dependencies across teams.
- Spot bottlenecks and technical risks early, helping teams plan beyond the next immediate fix.
- Improve communication between analysts, developers and senior stakeholders.
- Introduce useful structure without imposing unnecessary process.
What you’ll bring
- Experience delivering technically complex projects in a data-heavy or B2B technology environment.
- You don’t need to be a developer but a strong understanding of SQL, Python and how data systems interact will help greatly.
- Experience working closely with developers and data teams
- The confidence to challenge assumptions and the curiosity to understand a project before proposing changes.
- A collaborative approach that earns the trust of highly technical teams.
Experience with AI transformation projects would be particularly valuable. The business is investing in AI-driven workflows and expects this role to contribute to how complex projects are planned and delivered.
