Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team and coordinate the delivery of technical IT projects across Network, Security, Infrastructure and Cloud domains.

This is a hands-on project management role focused on project coordination, delivery tracking, risk and dependency management, and stakeholder communication. You will work closely with Engineering teams, customers and management to keep projects on track, ensure clear ownership of actions, and support the successful delivery of technical solutions in complex IT environments.

You will collaborate with experienced engineers and technical specialists, acting as a key coordination point between technical teams and customers throughout the project lifecycle.

📍 This role is based in Athens (hybrid model). Candidates must be eligible to work in the EU.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and monitor the delivery of technical IT projects across Network, Security, Infrastructure and Cloud domains
• Support project discovery activities, clarify customer requirements, and coordinate scope definition and delivery planning with Engineering teams
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables and action trackers
• Coordinate activities and dependencies across Engineering teams, customers and external partners
• Track project progress, identify risks and blockers, and proactively follow up on outstanding actions
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions and ensure clear ownership of next steps
• Communicate project status, risks, delays and dependencies to relevant stakeholders
• Manage stakeholder expectations and support the coordination of scope changes and delivery priorities
• Participate in technical discussions, understand key issues and ensure that the right people are involved in resolving them
• Maintain project documentation and reporting, contributing to consistent and effective project delivery practices

What we're looking for

Must have:

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, technical project coordination or a closely related role
• Experience coordinating or managing technical IT projects, ideally involving Network, Security, Infrastructure or Cloud
• Experience working closely with engineers, technical specialists and customers
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure and networking concepts, with the ability to follow technical discussions and understand key project dependencies
• Experience with project planning, timeline and milestone tracking, risk management and issue follow-up
• Strong coordination and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to ownership and accountability
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple activities and priorities in parallel

Nice to have:

• Experience in an IT services provider, Managed Services Provider (MSP) or IT systems integration environment
• Experience coordinating customer-facing projects involving multiple technical teams or external partners
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner or equivalent
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification
• Agile or Scrum certifications or experience working with Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid project delivery approaches
• Relevant technical certifications in networking, security, infrastructure or cloud
• Experience supporting project discovery, requirements clarification, technical deployments, migrations or infrastructure upgrades
