Technical Project Manager

We're looking for a Technical Project Manager with a strong understanding of software development, full stack technologies, and exposure to AI solutions. This is a client-facing role that requires someone who can confidently lead project discussions, understand business requirements, and translate them into practical technical solutions.

You'll work closely with clients, sales, and development teams to gather requirements, assess technical feasibility, define project scope, and plan development efforts. You'll also coordinate developers, oversee project delivery, validate features, and ensure that what's being built aligns with client expectations.

We're looking for someone who can comfortably move between a client conversation and a technical discussion with developers, bringing clarity to both.

• Lead client meetings and requirement-gathering sessions, understand business needs, clarify expectations, and identify the technical requirements behind proposed solutions.
• Assess project feasibility, evaluate technical requirements, identify potential limitations and dependencies, and recommend suitable implementation approaches.
• Work with sales and business development teams during pre-sales discussions to understand client requirements, support technical scoping, and provide realistic estimates for effort, resources, and time lines.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including scope documents, technical requirements, user flows, business logic, feature specifications, and development plans.
• Understand existing technology stacks and evaluate solutions involving frontend and backend development, APIs, databases, integrations, AI applications, LLMs, and automation.
• Translate requirements into actionable tasks, sprint plans, milestones, and clear deliverables for development teams.
• Coordinate frontend, backend, full stack, and AI developers, manage task allocation, monitor workloads, and ensure accountability.
• Track project progress through Jira or similar tools, manage dependencies, follow up on deliverables, and address delays and blockers.
• Validate completed features against agreed requirements, review user flows and functionality, and coordinate feedback, testing, and revisions.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams, providing clear progress updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

• 2-3 years of experience in technical project management, software development, or a combination of both.
• Good understanding of full stack development, including frontend and backend technologies, application architecture, APIs, databases, and integrations.
• Familiarity with technologies such as React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, PHP, and similar frameworks.
• Practical exposure to AI development, including LLM integrations, AI-powered applications, AI agents, automation, or related tools.
• Ability to assess technical feasibility, understand project complexity, identify dependencies, and provide realistic effort and resource estimates.
• Experience leading client meetings, gathering requirements, presenting solutions, and communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to prepare clear project documentation, scope specifications, user flows, business logic, and development plans.
• Experience coordinating development teams, managing sprints, and overseeing multiple projects.
• Familiarity with Jira for sprint and task management, Google Workspace, and Figma for reviewing designs, user flows, and functionality.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the confidence to independently lead client discussions.
• Strong problem-solving, organisational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
