Technical Project Manager

The Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end to end delivery of custom software development engagements across a diverse portfolio of enterprise clients. This role sits at the intersection of client management, delivery execution, and cross-functional coordination - ideal for someone who has thrived in a professional services or consulting environment and is comfortable navigating complex, multi stakeholder engagements across industries. Location: Hyderabad, India (Hybrid) Experience: 5+ years Schedule: Full-time Salary: Up to 30LPA What You'll Do: Own end to end project delivery across the full lifecycle - from scoping and initiation through execution, UAT, and go-live Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact, managing stakeholder relationships, expectations, and escalations Define and maintain project scope, timelines, resource plans, and budgets across concurrent engagements Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews Coordinate across cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, business analysis, and client-side teams Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes throughout the delivery lifecycle Produce clear project documentation, status reports, and executive-level communications Drive issue resolution and maintain delivery momentum across globally distributed teams Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes, templates, and best practice What We're Looking For: 5+ years of project management experience in a software delivery, consulting, or professional services environment Demonstrated ability to manage client-facing engagements across multiple industry verticals - financial services, insurance, healthcare, or similar enterprise sectors Proven track record of delivering complex, custom software development projects end to end Strong command of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills - comfortable presenting to and managing C-suite and senior client contacts Experience managing cross-functional, globally distributed delivery teams Strong ability to define scope, manage budgets, and hold teams accountable to timelines Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field Nice to have: Background in financial services, retirement services, or insurance technology PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM certification Experience working with US-based enterprise clients across time zones Prior exposure to staff augmentation or managed services delivery model Why AGT: Competitive CTC commensurate with experience Performance-based annual bonus Comprehensive salary structure including HRA, LTA, Medical, Transport, and Education allowances Provident Fund contributions Group medical insurance coverage Paid leaves including casual, sick, and earned leave Fully paid training and probation period
