Emi, our main product, is an A.I. recruitment assistant that enables companies to engage in a conversation with each applicant to detect interested and qualified individuals while saving Recruiters a huge amount of time by automating tasks such as screening, validating skills, scheduling interviews, and collecting documents. We were part of Y-Combinator 's Winter 2019 batch and in 2022 we have raised an $11M funding round co-led by Merus Capital and Khosla Ventures . About our Technical Project Management Team We are a team that operates with a strong sense of ownership over both timelines and delivery quality. At Emi, our Technical Project Management (TPM) team is responsible for turning commercial agreements into fully functional, high-quality technical implementations. From discovery and scope definition to configuration, testing, and go-live. They act as the bridge between business and technology, translating client requirements into clear, actionable work for engineering while maintaining strong alignment across internal teams such as Product, Tech, and Customer Success. What you'll be doing Own the end-to-end implementation of Emi for enterprise clients, from kickoff to Go-Live Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical configurations Define and manage implementation timelines, milestones, and delivery plans Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Customer Success) to ensure smooth execution Lead client communication throughout the project, ensuring alignment, clarity, and expectations management Identify risks early and proactively drive mitigation plans to avoid delays Ensure high-quality delivery by validating configurations and leading QA and UAT processes Drive structured discovery processes to fully understand client operations and hiring workflows Tasks Run discovery sessions to understand client processes and define scope of work Create and maintain implementation plans, timelines, and tracking documents Write clear and structured configuration tickets for the engineering team Answer technical questions and unblock engineers during implementation Coordinate internal syncs to align teams on progress, blockers, and priorities Conduct internal QA to validate configurations before client exposure Support and guide clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines Communicate status updates, risks, and changes to clients and internal stakeholders Lead Go-Live readiness and ensure a smooth transition to Customer Success Document learnings and contribute to continuous improvement after each implementation What we're looking for 3–5+ years of experience in project management, technical implementations, or similar roles (TPM, Solutions, Implementation, Consulting) Strong ability to translate business needs into structured, technical solutions Excellent organizational and time management skills — ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously High attention to detail and strong documentation skills Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Customer Success) Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity Technical curiosity — ability to understand systems, integrations, and workflows (no coding required, but it’s a plus) Upper-intermediate English (Portuguese is a plus) What we offer 💰 Competitive salary: Salaries paid in USD 📈 Stock Options: Stock Options Package as part of your compensation package 🧑🏽‍💻 Flexible remote-first work culture .
