We’re looking for a Technical PM / BA to join a new software development project for a UK-based client.

This role combines technical business analysis with hands-on project coordination. You'll work closely with the client's Software Architect and a small team of Senior .NET Developers, helping turn technical requirements into clear deliverables and ensuring smooth project execution.

What you'll be doing:

• Work directly with the client's Software Architect to understand and clarify requirements.
• Translate technical discussions into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Own backlog organization, prioritization, and delivery tracking.
• Coordinate with the development team, remove blockers, and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and support team growth.

What we're looking for:

• Solid experience in Technical Business Analysis and Agile Project Management within software development projects.
• Good understanding of .NET technologies and software architecture concepts (no coding required).
• Strong experience with user stories, backlog management, and Agile delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, structured approach and the ability to work independently.
• Fluent Romanian and English (both mandatory).
