We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager II to drive customer success from pre-sales discussions through technical integration, implementation, and performance optimization.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of technical expertise and project management skills, along with excellent customer communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead customer engagements from pre-sales through solution design, integration, implementation, and performance monitoring.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, business, and customer teams to ensure high-quality technical solutions.
• Identify integration challenges, service improvements, and potential risks proactively.
• Manage multiple technical projects, priorities, timelines, and customer expectations.
• Communicate project updates, technical requirements, and deliverables effectively to internal and external stakeholders.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in technical project management, customer solutions, or technical consulting.
• 3–5 years of hands-on technical experience in the IT industry.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within IT services or consulting organizations.
• Strong understanding of DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, web applications, firewalls, and network technologies.
• Knowledge of web performance, media technologies, integration methodologies, or related architectures.
• Proven ability to manage technical projects while balancing functional and technical responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and customer relationship-building skills.

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification is an advantage.
• CISSP certification is a plus.
• Experience working with service-based or consulting companies is highly preferred.
