Technical Project/Program Manager (Hybrid/Remote Eligible + Internship Eligible)

BDAS seeks a Technical Program Manager to support delivery of R&D contracts spanning government (defense, ERDC, OT, NDC-track) and commercial engagements. You'll manage timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and help translate technical work into compliant proposal deliverables.

Location: Boulder, CO (Hybrid/Remote-eligible)

Responsibilities

• Manage program timelines and deliverables across defense and commercial contracts
• Support proposal development (white papers, compliance checklists, price volumes)
• Coordinate with teaming partners and subcontractors
• Track program risks, budgets, and milestones

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; PMP or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience with government contracting (DoD, OT agreements, NDC processes) a strong plus
• Strong written communication skills (proposal/technical writing)
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder technical programs
