Team: Engineering Delivery Sesam/FMS We are a modern, international software engineering team actively transforming our legacy applications into next-generation systems. Moving beyond classic Scrum frameworks, we are pivoting toward agentic AI workflows - embedding autonomous AI agents, automated quality gates, and platform engineering into our daily delivery. Our cross-functional teams focus on continuous value delivery while driving the future of AI-native software engineering. Tech we use: .NET, Playwright, Claude Code, CodeRabbit and other AI-assisted dev tools Key responsibilities: Champion quality practices, testing standards, and AI-driven testing methodologies across the entire development lifecycle; Own and maintain testing framework standards and configurations (unit, integration, E2E), integrating agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) to optimize test suite creation, execution, and debugging; Define quality criteria, including code coverage targets, acceptance test standards, and non-functional requirements; Collaborate with software development teams and Platform & Core Practice leads to integrate AI-assisted quality gates into CI/CD pipelines and release workflows; Monitor quality metrics across projects (defect rates, test coverage, production incident trends) to evaluate release readiness; Work according to Agile processes (e.g. Less & Scrum). Job requirements: 4-10+ years of experience with Software Testing and keeping pace with technical innovations, including: Hands-on test automation experience defining and maintaining automated testing frameworks Hands-on experience and proficiency in using Claude Code (or similar terminal/agentic AI dev tools) to automate test generation, triage issues, and analyse codebases Experience in web technologies, software development, and testing using programming languages (preferably .NET) Experience with modern testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright) Experience working with Claude and Playwright Experience with Performance testing Fluent in English (B2 + level) - job duties include cooperation with people from other countries Will be considered as an advantage: Higher education in IT Experience in Performance and Load testing You are: AI-first mindset: Eager to experiment with and adopt cutting-edge AI coding and testing assistants to eliminate repetitive tasks Analytical mindset with a strong focus on metrics and quality benchmarks Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while driving cross-team quality initiative Self-driven and capable of setting clear goals and developing effective strategies Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills Possess a positive attitude, good time management and self-motivation Regardless of the long list of expectations mentioned above you do not need to be an expert in all areas.
