Job Summary:
Ampstek is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our internal recruitment team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for our clients across various technologies and locations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Work closely with the recruitment team to meet hiring targets.
Required Skills
Good understanding of recruitment processes.
Experience using LinkedIn
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
