The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and candidate engagement through to screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding. You will work closely with US-based hiring managers and business stakeholders to identify, attract and secure highly skilled technical professionals.

- Partner with US-based hiring managers and business leaders to understand technical requirements, project needs and workforce plans.
- Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies for specialist technical talent.
- Identify and engage both active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, professional networks, industry databases and other sourcing channels.
- Recruit for specialist positions across engineering, manufacturing, automation, validation, quality, project management and other technical disciplines.
- Review technical CVs and assess candidates against technical, industry and role-specific requirements.
- Conduct initial screening, competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified technical professionals for current and future hiring requirements.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and US-based hiring managers.
- Manage offer processes, salary expectations, negotiations, references and pre-employment requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the ATS.
- Provide regular updates and recruitment reports to hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide market intelligence regarding candidate availability, compensation expectations, skills shortages and recruitment trends.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with technical professionals and specialist talent communities.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives where required.
- Ensure recruitment activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, employment legislation and applicable data protection requirements.

- Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Proven experience conducting candidate screening and interviews.
