, is seeking Regional Technical Sales Representatives to join our expanding team. Technical Sales Position Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and ingredients
Demonstrate product functionality and training to potential customers and current customers
Create recipes and cultivate innovation with our products
Identify customer needs and match products accordingly
Address the technical requirements of customers
Solve challenges related to equipment and process optimization
Provide pre-and post-sale technical support
Grow sales through product demos and research market intelligence
Build rapport and lasting relationships with customers
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of baking experience with yeast-raised applications
Possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Self-disciplined, works independently, and has a strong ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
Ability for overnight travel as needed
Valid US driver’s license and reliable means of transportation (car)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
