lations.Role Description This full-time Technical Sales Engineer role is a hybrid position based in Bucharest, Romania, with a combination of on-site customer visits and work from home. The Technical Sales Engineer will identify customer needs, propose steam system solutions, and provide technical guidance that aligns with industry standards and sustainability goals. Daily activities include preparing and delivering technical presentations, supporting sales proposals, responding to technical inquiries, and collaborating with internal engineering and service teams. The role involves building long-term customer relationships, conducting site surveys and system audits, and following up on opportunities to achieve sales targets. The Technical Sales Engineer will also maintain accurate records in CRM tools, participate in trainings, and stay current on Spirax Sarco products and relevant regulations.
