Job Requirements Job Location: Poland - Remote Fulltime Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager (M/F) to drive business growth and expand our market presence across Poland and the Baltic States (Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania). In this role, you will be responsible for selling specialised anti-microbial solutions directly into the beverage industry. The ideal candidate combines a strong technical background in chemical and/or food & beverage sales with professional fluency in both a Slavic language (such as Polish) and Russian to effectively communicate with diverse regional clients. Key Responsibilities: Market Expansion: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic sales plan to capture market share within the beverage sector across Poland and the Baltic States. Client Acquisition & Management: Identify, pitch, and secure new B2B accounts with beverage manufacturers, breweries, soft drink producers, and bottling plants while nurturing existing client relationships. Technical Sales & Consultation: Serve as the primary technical liaison, providing expert consultation on chemical applications, ingredient formulation, safety standards, and regulatory compliance within beverage manufacturing processes. Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast regional revenue, and report regularly on market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance metrics. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with customer service, supply chain, and R&D teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment, timely product delivery, and tailored product development. Negotiation & Closing: Lead commercial negotiations, draft competitive pricing proposals, and close sales contracts aligned with company profitability targets. Work Experience Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience within the chemical, specialty ingredients, or food & beverage manufacturing industry. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English, alongside fluency in Polish (or another Slavic language) and Russian. Regional Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the commercial landscape, industrial networks, and cultural nuances across Poland and the Baltic States. Travel Availability: Ability and willingness to travel frequently (up to 40-50%) across the assigned territory for client meetings, trade shows, and site visits. Salary range: monthly gross salary 17 200 PLN – 24 000 PLN, salary is the subject of mutual agreement based on skills and experience.
