This role combines technical account management, business development, and customer growth.

Technical Sales Representatives manage ongoing technical-commercial relationships, support customer programs, and identify opportunities to expand established accounts. They are also encouraged to prospect, develop, and win new customers independently.

Account Executives are primarily accountable for proactive new-business development and complex enterprise pursuits, while Technical Sales Representatives may originate and develop their own opportunities. The two roles collaborate when an opportunity benefits from additional strategic, commercial, or technical support.
