Technical Service Manager

• Perform and monitor overall analysis, laboratory works and testing on products applications and formulations as requested by sales, and customers.

• Provide technical support, advice, and services, help in solving technical problems to sales staff and customers.

• Produce an effective report on product application, formulation, testing and project.

• Co-visit customers with sales and principles in term of technical issues and training product.

• Contact and communicate with principals and customers on technical issues.

• Assist and support sales staff in recommending the most suitable product to customers.

• Conduct basic knowledge, new technology and new trends training/presentation for sales and customers.

• Liaise with Product/Market Development team in preparation of any tools to support the sales & marketing activities.

• Create new projects and new formulations by utilizing products in P Care portfolio to support sales and customers.

• Establish procedures/system for solving complaints related with performance, testing, specifications, and condition of products supplied to customers or storage in the warehouse.

• Keep himself/herself up-to-date knowledge of Personal Care and acquires technical know-how relating to the job.

• Manage and control safety awareness, neat and cleanliness measurement of the laboratory.

• Perform a role of Internal Quality Auditor (IQA) ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007

• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
