Technical Solutions Consultant

This is a remote position.

Summary:

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will help businesses through scaled service delivery & operations as a technical point of contact for our clients and internal stakeholders. In the role you will act as an expert on our advertising solutions, consult with clients on best practices and help to resolve any technical issues that are raised.You will need to be comfortable working in ambiguous situations, using your analytical skills to find solutions to tackle client problems.

Responsibilities

- Build technical expertise in client’s various advertising products (Signals, Measurement, Delivery,...) and

provide consultative guidance to clients and internal sales teams on best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues stemming from our client's usage of client advertising solutions.

- Escalate potential bugs to the product and engineering teams and drive resolution.

- Facilitate a high-end customer experience related to support for advertising bugs and ensure all support

SLAs are met.

- Identify opportunities to optimize and automate workflows and support processes.

Requirements

- 3 Years+ in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries.

- Experience with troubleshooting and ticket escalation.

- Experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences.

- Experience of using advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions and delivery.

- Experience working with web technologies including, but not limited to: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP.

- Experience working with SQL and RESTful APIs.
