Role Description
We are looking for a Technical GRC Specialist with deep expertise in ServiceNow IRM to drive the implementation and operationalization of Non-Financial Risk (NFR) frameworks.
In this role, you will ensure seamless integration of NFR processes into our GRC platform, through, for example, optimizing access management, data model, technical relations and coherence between different modules.
Required Experience and Skills
We are primarily looking for a strong personality with:
- Proven expertise in GRC ServiceNow IRM (implementation, configuration, or technical maintenance).
- Strong technical and analytical skills – Ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring robust and scalable GRC processes.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management – You can simplify complexity, engage with diverse teams, and drive alignment.
- Detail-oriented and data-driven – A critical thinker who ensures accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
