The company is a growing online business focused on expanding its digital presence and online operations.
Job Description
• Provide basic day-to-day technical support and help the client navigate computers, systems, and online platforms.
• Guide and teach the client how to use the website, systems, and technology in a simple and patient manner.
• Assist with basic website and subscriber administration, ensuring content and information remain up to date.
• Upload and manage podcasts, videos, episodes, and other digital content across the website and relevant platforms.
• Assist with live sessions and podcasts, ensuring cameras, audio, internet connections, and platforms are set up and ready to go live.
• Keep supplied content updated across the business’s social media platforms.
• Assist with screen sharing, video calls, and basic technical troubleshooting.
• Use and explore basic AI tools to support the client’s day-to-day activities.
• Liaise with the client’s existing external technology team when more advanced technical assistance is required.
Must Haves
• Good general computer and technology skills. • Comfortable using websites, social media, and online platforms. • Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly. • Basic knowledge of AI tools or willingness to learn. • Comfortable with screen sharing, video conferencing, and online technology. • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Good written and verbal English communication skills. • Patient and confident when explaining technology in simple terms. • Proactive, reliable, and willing to take initiative. • A go-getter attitude with a willingness to research, learn, and figure things out.
Home Office Requirements
