Technical Support Associate(Work from home)

We're looking for passionate Technical Support Associates who are willing to join our team in Davao site!

Pay Rate: Up to 18k, permanent employment, sign-on bonus.

Schedule: Shifting schedule

Job Duties:

• Assist in resolving technical issues concerning customer's accounts or company software infrastructure.
• Support computer software integration by diagnosing and troubleshooting common problems
• Diagnosing any hardware or software faults with these systems and will solve the issues either in person or over the phone.
• Performs other tasks if needed.

•At least senior high school graduate

•Good Communication Skills

•Internet speed requirement (12MBPS Download & 5MBPS Upload speed)

•Wired connection from modem/router to PC

•Conductive workspace away from distractions
