We are looking for a Technical Support Level 2 colleague with strong SQL skills and an analytical mindset. The role focuses on application support and also includes a manual testing component across local projects.

Your responsibilities:

Application support

• Provide Level 2 technical support for our back-office, mobile application and web platforms.
• Investigate and resolve user-reported incidents, using SQL queries to analyse data and identify the causes of technical issues.
• Manage and follow up on support tickets in Jira, working within the response and resolution SLAs defined for each request type.
• Collaborate with development teams to escalate complex incidents and follow them through to resolution.
• Extract data and prepare reports using SQL.
• Document incidents and solutions, contribute to the support knowledge base and suggest process improvements.

Manual testing

• Perform manual tests for application features and changes.
• Record test results and report identified bugs.
• Retest fixes to verify that reported bugs have been resolved.
• Collaborate with development teams to clarify findings.

What we are looking for:

• At least 3 years of experience in Level 2 technical support or application support.
• Advanced SQL skills, particularly in querying databases for troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• General knowledge of operating systems, mobile applications and web platforms.
• Advanced English proficiency- mandatory.
• Experience in manual testing is a plus; these skills can also be developed on the job.
