Technical support Representative

Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our services. - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member for resolution. - Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. - Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our products and services. - Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and updates in our industry. - Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with our clients. Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in a technical support role. - Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others. - Experience with CRM systems and ticketing systems is a plus.
