What You'll Be Doing Partner with engineers to document automation and controls projects. Capture critical technical information throughout project execution. Create and maintain engineering documentation, work orders, and project records. Organize technical data to support engineering, production, and service teams. Review electrical schematics, wiring documentation, and project information for accuracy. Follow projects from start to finish while ensuring documentation remains complete and organized. Support documentation related to customer inquiries, project updates, and production activities. What We're Looking For Experience in Technical Writing, Engineering Documentation, or similar technical support roles. Ability to understand and interpret technical information. Basic familiarity with electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, controls, or control panels. Strong written communication and organizational skills. Experience working with engineers, technicians, manufacturing teams, or industrial environments is highly preferred. Former Electrical Technicians, Controls Technicians, Engineering Coordinators, and Technical Writers are encouraged to apply. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Saint Louis, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
