This hybrid role combines clear, high-quality technical documentation with proactive community building to support product adoption, user success, and brand advocacy. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure users not only understand our product but feel empowered and engaged within our community. Key Responsibilities: Technical Writing: Develop and maintain product documentation including user guides, API references, FAQs, release notes, and tutorials. Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. Manage the documentation structure using modern documentation tools and version control (Markdown, Git, etc.). Edit and review content created by others for clarity, grammar, and consistency. Community Building: Build and nurture a vibrant online community through platforms like Discord, Slack, forums, and social media. Create engaging content such as blog posts, newsletters, how-to videos, and community spotlights. Organize and support webinars, AMAs, hackathons, or virtual meetups to foster user engagement. Support developer or user advocate programs, and recognize active contributors. Requirements 2+ years of experience in technical writing, developer documentation, or content development. Strong understanding of software development concepts, APIs, and technical platforms. Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Git, Docusaurus, Confluence, or similar. Excellent communication skills with a clear, user-focused writing style. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about user engagement and education.
