Your new responsibilities
- Operating, monitoring and programming building management and PLC systems
- Maintaining and optimising technical service systems (ventilation and air-conditioning systems, cooling and heating systems, process cooling systems, vacuum systems, steam systems, compressed air systems, exhaust air purification systems)
- Carrying out inspection, servicing and maintenance work on existing systems
- Analysing faults and independently diagnosing and repairing technical systems
- Ensuring high system availability and operational reliability
- Preparing and maintaining maintenance, testing and system documentation
- Managing spare parts and stock levels, and placing orders for materials
- Providing support for technical projects, refurbishments and system optimisations
- Coordinating and supervising external service providers and specialist contractors
Who we are looking for
- Completed technical training specialising in cooling and air-conditioning technology, electrical engineering or a comparable field (completion of an apprenticeship would be an advantage)
- Several years’ professional experience as a cooling and air-conditioning technician, ideally in an industrial setting
- In-depth knowledge of the operation, maintenance and servicing of refrigeration, air-conditioning and ventilation systems
- Basic knowledge of electrical engineering and of control and regulation technology
- Knowledge of hydraulics, ventilation technology and heat supply
- Experience in fault analysis and troubleshooting on technical systems would be an advantage
- An independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to work
- A high degree of flexibility, personal responsibility and the ability to work as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital documentation systems would be an advantage
- Good written and spoken German

The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group F (https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/).
We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
