About Us Secure it Securities Corp is a minority owned fire alarm and security company looking for talented staff members to join our team. Job Description This is a remote position. As a Technician Level 1, you actively participate in on-the-job training and skill development programs to enhance your technical knowledge and proficiency. This may include attending workshops, seminars, and manufacturer training sessions to stay updated on the latest products and technologies. You work under the guidance of senior technicians or supervisors, learning how to diagnose and resolve issues related to fire alarm and security systems. This includes troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, identifying wiring problems, and conducting system tests to ensure optimal performance. Requirements Observe all safety procedures and use equipment properly Maintain company vehicle and tools Document and address customer concerns Manage customer expectations Maintain a clean work environment and facility Provide accurate time and cost estimates to customers Utilize Service Fusion system to maintain accurate records of work Track service hours Attend team meetings and report on projects Follow the guidelines set in the Employee Handbook Inspect and Test Systems Benefits Click here to download our benefits package.
