De réaliser les Mises en service et Qualifications d’équipements : suite aux informations fournies par l’administration commerciale, le Technicien Service Itinérant - Lab Weighing et Lab Water - prend rendez-vous avec le client afin d’effectuer les opérations de mise en service et de qualification et s’assure de la faisabilité de l’opération
De réaliser des dépannages et visites de maintenances : le Technicien service itinérant - Lab Weighing et Lab Water - assiste les clients par téléphone et détermine les éléments (pièces détachées, outillage) nécessaires à son intervention. Cette opération nécessite la connaissance des équipements dont il a la charge ainsi que l’environnement client
Planifier les interventions : Le service Planification et/ou le Technicien Service Itinérant - Lab Weighing et Lab Water - organise la planification des interventions en intégrant le degré réel d’urgence du client ainsi que sa localisation afin de limiter les déplacements excessifs. Cette planification doit être enregistrée sur le planning commun afin de connaître sa position à tout instant
D’assurer avec l’aide de son Team Leader que les devis de renouvellements sont réalisés en temps et en heure (par le back office, le technicien ou son responsable) et que les prestations sont réalisées à la date anniversaire
De promouvoir le service et faire remonter à son responsable toutes les demandes de nouveaux ou d’extension de contrats. Il doit également promouvoir Sartorius et doit transmettre au commercial du secteur toute information relative à la possible vente de produits Sartorius
What Will Convince Us
Expérience dans l'itinérance et la maintenance/qualification d'équipements de laboratoire souhaitée
Bac +2 Chimie/Biochimie/Bio analyse et contrôle/Mesures Physiques /Maintenance en instrumentation de laboratoire
Connaissances de l’anglais écrit (lecture principalement)
Compétences bureautiques (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
La mission requiert une motivation affichée pour le contact clients et l'itinérance
Une grande autonomie est nécessaire pour ce poste
