ABOUT THE MISSION
In collaboration with our various teams, you are responsible for the functional and technical analysis of projects.
In this role, your responsibilities include:
Estimating the analysis effort required for projects and features.
Providing the logical and technical design of IT solutions.
Describing data flows and application processes.
Gathering and consolidating information across the different components of the system.
Monitoring and testing developments.
Maintaining regular communication with both clients and developers.
Demonstrating expertise in methodologies such as UML, Agile Scrum, and Enterprise Architect.
Documenting user stories and changes to existing processes.
Supporting the collection and prioritization of business requirements.

YOUR PROFILE :
Technical Skills
You hold a bachelor's degree or have strong technical experience in software development.
You are familiar with JSON/XML data formats, API documentation tools (Swagger, Postman, WSDL), SOAP/REST, SQL, and HTTP(S) protocols.
You have at least 4 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Analyst.
You have solid experience in testing activities, particularly in a Test Analyst role.
You have proven experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment.
You are proficient in modeling languages and standards such as UML and BPMN.
You have a good knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
Experience with Enterprise Architect (EA) is considered an asset.
Interpersonal Skills
You demonstrate excellent resilience and are comfortable working on analyses involving complex legacy technologies (mainframe environments), while maintaining a structured and pragmatic approach.
You possess a strong analytical and critical mindset, with the ability to take a high-level view while diving into details when necessary.
You have excellent communication skills and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams.
You are comfortable facilitating meetings, workshops, and client presentations.
Solution-oriented, you stay focused on objectives and organize your work effectively to meet deadlines.
Fluency in French is required, along with a good command of English.
Knowledge of Dutch is considered an advantage.
