Techno-Functional SAP Service Cloud V2 Consultant

Software International (SI) supplies technical talent to a variety of Fortune 100/500/1000 and other companies in Canada/US. We currently have a 1 year long contract with our F500 consulting client as a Techno-Functional SAP Service Cloud V2 Consultant. Role(s) Required: Techno-Functional SAP Service Cloud V2 Consultant Location: Toronto, ON - remote Required Start Date: ASAP Type: 1 year contract Rate/Salary: $60-65/hr C2C (approx $125-135k/year) Job Summary: We are looking for a Techno-Functional SAP Service Cloud V2 Consultant to join our team. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP Service Cloud V2 solutions for Utilities Customer. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical skills and functional knowledge to effectively support business processes and drive innovation. Key Responsibilities: Design and Implementation: Develop and implement SAP Service Cloud V2 solutions and Instance as Green Field to meet business requirements. Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure SAP Service Cloud V2 applications, including workflows, Reports, business rules, Extensions, Integrations, KUT fields and custom objects. Integration: Integrate SAP Service Cloud V2 with other systems and third-party applications. Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Service Cloud V2 applications. Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. Security: Ensure the security and compliance of SAP Service Cloud V2 applications. MUST Have: Strong proficiency in SAP Service Cloud V2, SAP C4C, SAP C/4HANA, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration, Utilities Industry, Qualifications: Experience: 3-5 Years of Hands-on experience as an SAP Service Cloud V2 and/or very strong green field implementation experience of prior version of C4C. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SAP Service Cloud V2, SAP C4C, SAP C/4HANA, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration. Functional Knowledge: Understanding of customer service processes of Utilities company and best practices. Certifications: SAP certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Service Cloud V2 are preferred. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment. Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. E Preferred Skills: Experience with other SAP solutions (e.g., SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud). Knowledge of integration tools like SAP Cloud Platform Integration Suite. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
