What You’ll Do :

• Lead multiple AI and digital transformation engagements, driving successful delivery from strategy through implementation and scaled adoption.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders, provide thought leadership in Scaling and operationalizing AI
• Build and manage client relationships across accounts while identifying opportunities to expand ZS's AI capabilities within existing and new engagements.
• Lead cross-functional teams in designing, building, and scaling enterprise AI applications powered by Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and advanced analytics
• Contribute to Thought leadership by creating POV on industry trends in AI and technology
• Lead hiring initiatives in growing Scaled AI team and mentor technical talent within the team
• Ensure high-quality solution delivery through strong engineering, architecture, and SDLC practices.
• Drive ZS Scaling AI initiatives in tandem with global partners
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships related to AI tools and platforms
• Stay at the forefront of emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
• Work with ZS technology teams to take cutting edge technology implementations and ideas and bring it to the market through focused go-to-market activities

What You’ll Bring :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 10-12+ years of experience leading technology, AI, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives within consulting, technology services, or industry environments.
• Proven experience leading client-facing engagements and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, NLP, Knowledge Retrieval, and modern AI architecture patterns.
• Experience building, deploying, and scaling enterprise AI applications from concept through production.
• Strong knowledge of AI application development, software engineering, cloud architecture, and platform engineering practices.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI and data platforms, including Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Databricks, Dataiku, Snowflake, Vertex AI, or similar ecosystems.
• Experience operationalizing AI through MLOps, LLMOps, model governance, monitoring, evaluation, and lifecycle management.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including APIs, microservices, cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and data engineering.
• Experience delivering solutions on public cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Agile project planning and project management experience
• Team management and skill development experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Highly motivated, good work ethic and enterprise maturity
• Life science domain knowledge is a plus

Travel is a requirement at ZS for client facing ZSers; business needs of your project and client are the priority. While some projects may be local, all client-facing ZSers should be prepared to travel as needed.
