Role Summary
We are looking for a thoughtful and collaborative Technology Content & Sales Enablement Specialist who works fluently with AI tools but never outsources their thinking to them. You know when a model is right, when it is confidently wrong, and when content needs a human touch to resonate with real audiences. In this role, you will help shape the way Billennium communicates its expertise across cloud, data, AI, software delivery, and managed services. Working closely with sales, marketing, architects, consultants, and delivery teams, you will turn complex technology topics into compelling stories that support our commercial goals and strengthen our market presence.
What you will do:
- Create and coordinate high-quality sales and marketing content, including presentations, case studies, whitepapers, solution briefs, blog articles, website content, and sales enablement materials.
- Use generative AI tools throughout the content lifecycle while applying strong editorial judgment, fact-checking, and validation processes.
- Partner with delivery teams, consultants, architects, and subject matter experts to gather insights and transform them into engaging business narratives.
- Translate complex service offerings such as staff augmentation, managed services, cloud, data, and AI solutions into clear and differentiated value propositions.
- Ensure consistency of messaging, terminology, tone of voice, and brand standards across all content channels.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and business stakeholders to align content with go-to-market priorities and commercial objectives.
- Continuously evaluate content performance and identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and content reuse.
Requirements:
Basic qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, content marketing, sales content creation, or B2B technology communication.
- Experience working within an IT services, consulting, software house, or technology-focused environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude as part of a professional content workflow.
- Ability to identify and correct hallucinations, factual inaccuracies, and oversimplifications in AI-generated content.
- Strong understanding of IT services concepts, including cloud solutions, software development, data engineering, managed services, and AI fundamentals.
- Experience conducting interviews with subject matter experts and transforming complex information into clear, audience-focused content.
- Excellent written English (C1+) with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and quickly deliver tangible content outcomes.
Nice to have qualifications:
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content performance analytics.
- Experience with CMS platforms, Markdown, and Git-based documentation workflows.
- Understanding of prompt engineering and scalable AI-assisted content creation processes.
- Portfolio showcasing published articles, case studies, whitepapers, or technical documentation.
