What You’ll Do Development & Leadership: Lead the development of the exchange platform, ensuring seamless operations and high performance. Design, implement, and maintain robust Java-based applications and systems. Write high-quality, scalable, and efficient code using Java and relevant technologies. Manage the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to ensure technical feasibility and adherence to best practices. Develop clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, staging, and production environments. Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering their technical growth and career development. Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Continuously stay updated on emerging technologies and apply industry best practices. Cross-Cultural Relations: Foster and manage relationships across diverse cultures, supporting the global expansion of Coins. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and standards, collaborating with compliance teams to integrate KYC and Fiat transaction processes effectively. Required Tech Skills: Proven experience as a Java Developer with a strong foundation in object-oriented programming principles. Expertise in Spring Boot and Spring Cloud frameworks for building microservices-based applications. Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and guide a team of developers. Strong knowledge of databases, including MySQL and NoSQL (e.g., Redis). Familiarity with middleware (e.g., Kafka,RabbitMQ) Familiarity with RESTful web services and API design. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Strong problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with system performance optimization is a plus.
