Technology Lead

This role is ideal for a technically strong professional who has hands-on to system architecture, development, and optimization. This position is responsible for building scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications using Node.js, Express.js, Next.js, and MongoDB, while setting technical direction, best practices, and ensuring delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities Collaborate cross-functionally with product, business, and operations teams to translate vision into scalable technology solutions. Architect and maintain robust backend systems using Node.js and Express.js, ensuring top-tier performance and security. Oversee the development of responsive, fast, and user-centric frontends using Next.js. Manage and optimize database structures and performance in MongoDB, ensuring scalability and data integrity. Ensure all systems meet the highest standards of security, compliance, and performance. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code for streamlined deployment and scalability. Introduce and enforce coding standards, code reviews, and best practices to maintain software quality. Drive architectural decisions aligned with product goals and long-term technical vision. Stay ahead of emerging technologies to continuously evolve the product stack. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a technology leadership or senior full-stack development role. Proven expertise in the following tech stack: Backend: Node.js, Express.js Frontend: Next.js Database: MongoDB Strong understanding of API design, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems. Experience managing deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices. Experience working in agile development environments. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in FinTech, Banking, or other regulated industries is an advantage.
