Technology Procurement Officer

Procurement Officer Apply Now! B2Tech seeks a Procurement Officer to support the Finance team with vendor management, technology provider sourcing, negotiations, and procurement governance. The role will focus on optimizing existing contracts, identifying alternative solutions, reducing costs, and bringing more structure and transparency to the procurement process. YOUR IMPACT: Source and evaluate technology providers and alternative solutions for the business. Support negotiations with vendors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms. Review supplier quotations, proposals, and commercial comparisons. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective vendors. Support contract renewals, vendor reviews, onboarding, and due diligence. Manage purchase requests and support the process through to purchase order. Maintain procurement records, contract documentation, and supplier information. Track contract renewal dates, procurement commitments, and cost-saving opportunities. Identify ways to optimize contracts, workflows, processes, and supplier spend. Partner with Technology, Product, Commercial, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to understand business needs. Provide procurement guidance while reducing risk, conflicts of interest, and process gaps. Prepare procurement reports, spend analysis, and updates on savings and KPIs. Support audit, compliance, and internal governance requirements related to procurement. OUR REQUIREMENTS: 3-5 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Vendor Management, Supplier Relations, or a similar role. Experience negotiating with vendors and reviewing supplier proposals or contracts. Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract optimization. Good understanding of technology solutions and ability to work with tech-related vendors. Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel. Proactive mindset with ownership, initiative, and the ability to challenge when needed. Ability to work accurately with procurement records, contracts, and supplier information. Fluency in English. OUR PREFERENCES: Experience in Technology, iGaming, Forex, FinTech, or similar industries. Previous experience in purchasing, vendor relationships, or technology solutions roles. Experience with ERP or purchase order systems. Good Excel and analytical skills. Presentation skills. Greek language skills would be considered an advantage. Experience working in a corporate environment with compliance and governance processes. Familiarity with AI tools.
